Observed no thermometer in the following units: (1) Box Freezer (retail), (2)"Cold Drinks" cooler (retail), (3) Master-Bilt cooler (retail),(3) Whirlpool freezer (near WIC entrance), (4) Frigidaire box freezer (near WIC entrance),(5) Kenmore Freezer, and (6) the box freezers (3 in total) in the back storage room. Provide for an accurate, conspicuous thermometer, that is accurate within +/- 3°F, to be available in all units holding potentially hazardous foods NOTE: Corrected onsite. Points adjusted. Observed bowl being used to dispense salt--bowl was found in a large container of salt in the rear kitchen area. Provide suitable dispensing utensils to be used by employees--preferably dispensing utensils with handles that are not touching the food item. 750.280 Next Inspection
